ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR CUSTOMER REPAIR SERVICE

Every now and then you may find you've caught your jumper on something or some pesky moths have got to it. Well lucky for you we offer our own repair service to keep your jumpers looking good as new!

We like to do everything we can to help our customers be sustainable in their shopping habits. We encourage thoughtful and considered purchases and to love and wear what you already have. This means, over time, cashmere can show signs of wear when well loved. To help you continue to wear your recycled cashmere, our customer repair service brings new life to otherwise tired cashmere garments.

So, how does it work?

We offer a customer repair service for cashmere jumpers that require repair. This helps to extend the life of your cashmere jumpers so that you can go on wearing them for many years to come. We close this service in November as we are too busy, however we resume in January. Apologies for any inconvenience.

All you need to do is package up your jumper and add a note including your name, contact details and that you would like your jumper to be repaired and how. If you do not include all of these details we cannot process the repair for you.

Customer Repair Service FAQs

How much will it cost?

Standard prices are as follows:
Wash and recondition: £15
Wash, recondition and minor repair (e.g. up to three small holes): £20
Wash, recondition and elbow patches (including the patches and application): £32

A wash and recondition is required for all jumpers sent in for repair. For anything more complicated than the above we will quote you a price upon seeing the cashmere garment and the repair needed.

How long will it take?
We will be in touch once we have received your jumper before any work is carried out. Once the repair is carried out we will contact you for payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your repair to be carried out.

How do I pay?
We will contact you for payment. You are able to pay via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, or cash if you collect from the shop. Please note, we charge a standard of £3.85 delivery to return the repaired item to you.

Please note we only repair 100% cashmere garments. We cannot repair socks or gloves.
